Today, Caseware International, a global leader in cloud-enabled audit, financial reporting and data analytics solutions, announced the acquisition of Jazzit. This strategic move is part of Caseware’s commitment to expanding its offerings and better serving its customers.
For over 20 years, Jazzit has developed accounting templates leveraging Caseware’s software, and we believe that together we will further enhance the experience for our joint customers.
We look forward to further working with Caseware to develop Jazzit’s product and service offerings and continue building trusted relationships with our valued clients.

As a valued Jazzit customer, you should not experience any change or interruption from a product, support or sales perspective. While the Jazzit company brand will be transitioned to Caseware, the templates will continue to be sold under the Jazzit brand. Caseware will continue to support the Jazzit products for the foreseeable future, including support for any required updates driven by changes in standards.
